Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mortada Social Hub handles information when users connect authorized social accounts and use the service to manage or publish content.
Last updated: 21 September 20261. Information we process
Depending on the connected platform and the features used, the service may process account identifiers, display names, profile images, OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, project settings, post text, uploaded media, scheduling information, publishing status and technical logs needed to operate the service.
2. How the information is used
Information is used only to provide the requested service, including authenticating users, connecting authorized social accounts, displaying connected-account information, preparing content, publishing or scheduling posts, refreshing authorized access when permitted, and diagnosing publishing or security issues.
3. OAuth credentials and access tokens
Sensitive integration credentials and social-platform tokens are stored server-side using application-level protection. The service does not intentionally expose access tokens or client secrets in public pages or ordinary browser output.
4. Sharing with connected platforms
When a user requests an action such as connecting an account or publishing content, the minimum information required for that action may be transmitted to the relevant platform, such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram. Each platform processes information under its own privacy policy and developer terms.
5. Service providers
The service may rely on hosting, database, storage, security and network providers that are necessary to operate the application. Information is not sold as a product to advertisers.
6. Media and publishing records
Uploaded media and publishing records may be retained while needed to complete immediate or scheduled publishing, provide publishing history, retry failed operations, or maintain operational records. The system includes storage controls for identifying and removing local files that are no longer required.
7. Account disconnection
A connected social account may be disconnected or re-authorized when supported by the application. Users may also revoke the application's access directly from the relevant social platform. Revocation may prevent future publishing until the account is connected again.
8. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the service, including authenticated access to the private dashboard, encrypted application secrets where applicable, restricted operational interfaces, security headers, logging and health monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Search engines and public visibility
The operational dashboard is private and is not intended to be indexed by search engines. The public website and legal pages are available so users and platform reviewers can understand the service, while they are also marked with noindex/noarchive instructions.
10. Data requests
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, account disconnection or privacy can be sent to the contact address below. A request may require reasonable verification before account-related data is changed or removed.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, integrations or legal requirements change. The updated date shown on this page indicates the current published version.
