Terms of Service

1. Authorized use

You may use the service only with social accounts, pages, channels and content that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your authorized access.

2. Connected platforms

The service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, community guidelines, API rules, privacy policies, rate limits and approval requirements.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the text, images, videos and other content you upload or publish through the service. You must not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, violates platform rules, or is submitted without the necessary permissions.

4. Publishing actions

Publishing is initiated by the user or by a schedule created by the user. A successful request to Mortada Social Hub does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, display or retain a post. Platforms may reject, delay, restrict or remove content according to their own systems and policies.

5. Account authorization

Some features require OAuth or another official authorization method. You authorize the service to use granted permissions only for the features you request. Access may stop working if a platform token expires, a permission is revoked, an API changes, or a connected platform restricts the application.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an operational basis and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, third-party API outages, platform review requirements or other technical conditions. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve data and publishing integrity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Security and misuse

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's workspace, extract protected credentials, disrupt the service, or use the application in a way that could compromise connected accounts or platform systems.

8. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the service, connected accounts, other users or third-party platforms, including in cases of abuse, security risk or material violation of these Terms.

9. Third-party changes

Social platforms may change APIs, permissions, quotas, review requirements or publishing behavior at any time. Features that depend on those platforms may need to be changed, temporarily disabled or re-authorized.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mortada Social Hub is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, API denials, content moderation, lost reach, delayed publication or platform-side removal of content.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service and integrations evolve. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
